SPECIALLY FORMULATED PROPRIETARY PAPER CONE

The 6” Reference Series Paper cone driver uses a proprietary paper cone formulation to create an advanced non-woven fibre composite that delivers the perfect combination of low distortion, excellent detail and smooth, natural sonic character, plus a distinctive, classy look. The driver is skillfully modified to deliver smoother high frequency roll-off allowing for extended bandwidth and easier crossover integration.

  • The 6” Reference Series paper cone driver uses a proprietary paper cone formulation combining natural paper pulp, synthetic Kevlar® and glass fibres to create an advanced non-woven fibre composite that delivers the perfect combination of excellent detail and smooth, natural sonic character, plus a distinctive, classy look.

    • Three-part paper composite diaphragm featuring paper, Kevlar, and glass fibres
    • Similar cosmetics and design features as original Reference Series with low-distortion motor, 6-hole cast frame, rubber surround, and solid aluminium phase plug
    • Perfect for use as a woofer, midwoofer, or dedicated midrange driver
    • 90 dB sensitivity and 4.4 mm of excursion
