So you can transmit ultra high resolution video from a HDMI source to a display over long distances without a booster or power supply.
These cables are protected by reinforced stainless steel armour for greater durability, they have a OD of 6mm. They also include an IP68 cable connector housings to help builders and installers to protect the connectors during roll-out.
