Conductive cloth ribbon tucks into you sock to give an affirmative grounding through the adjustable heel strap.

Conductive ribbon shoe grounding system to accommodate all sorts of footwear using fully adjustable straps. Connection is made via the tough black conductive rubber under the heel and a comfortable conductive cloth strap that is simply tucked into your sock. 1MΩ resistor is in the loop for safety.
