  • The BSF50 series surge filters are designed to provide a secondary protection to critical circuits in medium risk locations and can be used with primary surge protection devices. This device provides a high degree of protection and is particularly suitable for use in 32A and 45A single phase circuits with critical equipment such as UPS, control systems, IT devices etc. In case of a voltage spike, the device can divert the excess voltage to Neutral and Earth and thus limiting the damage to the downstream load. Once the spike is over, the unit will return to normal operation.
    The BSF series provides 3 stages of protection in 3 modes.
    Stage 1 provides high kA rated protection across L-N, N-E and L-E.
