This 8" professional audio woofer from Dayton Audio features high power handling and good heat dissipation. It features a strong, low-mass, carbon fibre-impregnated paper cone and a durable 1.2 mm steel frame. Extended, smooth frequency response and low distortion are achieved through the use of a powerful 50 ounce ceramic ferrite magnet, combined with a copper cap on the pole piece to reduce stray eddy currents and minimise voice coil inductance.

The PA200-8 8" professional audio woofer, from Dayton Audio, features high power handling by using a vented pole piece and voice coil gap. Black motor parts (including a black polyimide voice coil) help dissipate heat away from the voice coil and help to minimise power compression.
