The Aerpro CBA5F1 6dBi 477MHz 1520mm 3 Coil Fibreglass UHF Antenna Whip is compatible with Aerpro Elevated Feed UHF Antennas and other major brands of antennas and mounting bases with 5/16" thread. Due to the 3 coil design, when fitted to a ground plane this antenna will give 6dBI gain and when fitted to an elevated feed mount this will give 9dBi of gain. With 6dBi gain, the elliptical radiation pattern is more rounded compared to a high gain antenna and radiates further compared to a low gain antenna, making it ideal for medium range communication in various environments such as suburban landscapes, towns and low density woodlands.
