  • The 6V6GTB-STR is an homage to the vintage 6V6GT made in the 1950s and 60s by Tung-Sol, RCA, GE, Raytheon and Sylvania using the characteristic black/grey coating known as "smoked glass". Beneath the glas hides a beautiful blackplate anode. 
    Used in the 5E3 Tweed Deluxe, Pricneton and Champ Amps for decades. In recent years many high end amp manufacturers rediscovered the 6V6GT and its distinctive warm and detailed clean tone and that signature sweet saturation sparkle when pushed.

    • All power tubes labeled Premium Selected have passed the following tests:

    • Microphonic Test
    • Sonic Tests
    • Shock Tests
    • Listening Tests
    • Shorts & Leakage Tests
