  • HDCP 2.2 is the new copy-protection standard for 4K UHD content, and many older displays only support HDCP 1.4. This means you may encounter problems streaming HDCP 2.2 encoded content (e.g. Netflix) to your monitor. This unit will convert the V2.2 signal to V1.4 to let you play your video on an older monitor.
