Rugged crimper designed for crimping lugs up to 120mm². Rotating jaw crimps allow easy size selection. Suitable for insulated or non-insulated lugs. Commonly used for making high current battery leads in solar installations.

  • This 620mm long, rugged cast steel crimper is designed for uninsulated cable lugs and Anderson plugs. It suits cable size 6mm² to 120mm² and lug sizes 6mm, 10mm, 16mm, 25mm, 35mm, 50mm, 70mm, 95mm, 120mm and is commonly used for making high current battery leads in solar installations. The rotating jaws allow easy changes between crimping size.

    • Crimps copper lug and non-insulated terminals.
    • Crimps Anderson plug terminals.
    • Designed with long handles for added leverage on thick walled terminals.
